Most of us probably think of disaster recovery as something we’ll never encounter. Besides, what are the odds that a disaster will strike a facility? A local or regional outage, or even one that affects just your data center is far more likely to happen than a catastrophic event. So, it’s better to be safe than sorry. We have become accustomed to, or perhaps reliant on spell checkers in almost all tools we use to document or write. Some may argue that the spell checker makes us lazy, others will say that it makes us more efficient but we all recognize and use the familiar red squiggly lines that appear on screen as we type.
