New Profound Logic Services Leadership

Our sales and services teams are proud to welcome Michael Kilian and Steve Ramberg to oversee the delivery of our new and exciting offerings, including flexible code transformation and API automation for businesses on IBM i (AS400).

Expanding our Services Team

Michael Killian, VP of Strategic Accounts, drives Profound’s professional services team through this exciting expansion of modernization and transformation sales practices. Michael empowers businesses to simplify, modernize and secure their technology environment, while driving the adoption of technologies to assure their future success.

Prior to joining Profound in April 2020, Michael served as Vice President Transformation Enablement Sales for Fresche Solutions, working with Fresche from 2013 through 2019. In his latest role, he was responsible for the overall growth of the digital transformation sales business unit. Michael joined Fresche from ASNA, where he held a variety of senior leadership positions from 1994 to 2013, including Vice-President of Sales, Vice-President of Operations, and Director of Sales & Marketing. Before joining ASNA, Michael held various positions in publishing, finance, and travel.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University and an MBA in International Management from Liberty University.

Expanding our Sales Team

Steve Ramberg prioritizes flexibility in his sales approach. His custom solutions focus on innovation, allowing for faster application development to meet the increasing needs of today’s businesses while reducing technical debt. Steve is the Director of Sales, Eastern Region and has over 25 years in the IBM i modernization and application development space.

Prior to joining Profound in May 20220, Steve worked as a Strategic Account Executive for 1WorldSync, and as a Senior Account Executive as LANSA. He has over 27 years of experience helping companies integrate their departments and streamline development in order to focus on the future.

Steve received his bachelor’s in Business Management from Bradley University and his Master’s in Business Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
